The battery died on our cordless lawnmower so we bought a Fiskars reel mower at Canadian Tire for $250 plus tax. It’s much easier to use than the el cheapo ($70) model we bought and returned last year, environment friendly and above all silent! Continue reading

Floating vinyl floors
It would take a blow torch to remove the existing vinyl tiles so we are going to lay the new floor on top of them. It’s a “floating” floor since the tiles stick to each other and not the floor itself and is installed like a laminate floor. Continue reading
