For the past few months, the liquid flowing from our hot water taps looks more like pee than water. The hot water tank is more than 10 years old and will give out very soon. The last thing we need is a flood so it was time to get it replaced

Our plumber recommended a Rheem tank, replacing the shutoff valves and replacing a section of the plastic pipes with copper to conform  with the city’s building code.
