Final look

Now the our tenants have moved out, we have been able to better assess what work has to be done. The first job on our list was to have the floors refinished.

The floors looked like they had taken a lot of abuse. Someone had prevoiusly tried sand them and created a wavy mess! We decided that this was not a DIY project and hired Plancher Summum, an eco-friendly and CAA recommended company.
